Akieni is a digital transformation firm registered in the Republic of Congo, with its main office in Brazzaville. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (akieni.com) and through the contracts we sign with our clients.
Through this site, we only collect what you give us. When you contact us, we store your name, email, organisation and message · nothing more. We log standard server diagnostics (anonymised IP, user agent, request path) for 30 days to defend against abuse and keep the site running. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We use the contact information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to follow up about the programme you described. We host our website and client systems on infrastructure with industry-standard security controls · TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access logging, least-privilege access. Production environments handling sensitive data sit behind dedicated identity and audit layers.
